IX SPRINGBOARDS

Where brainstorms fall flat, Springboards help ideas soar.

Bring an insight, an innovation need, or a big question like “how should we bring our brand to life?” and get fully realized concepts your team believes in—and knows how to activate.

WHY SPRINGBOARDS?

The image appears to be very minimal, mostly showing a blank or plain background with no discernible objects or features.

Ideas are great. But let’s be honest; they usually end up in a pile of Post-Its that never see the light of day.

That’s because the world around the idea—including its impact, relevance, and the story that will help you get buy-in around it—can’t live on a Post-It.

Move to action faster with interactive Springboard session that equips your team with ideas, yes, but more than that:

  • Relevance and impact of each idea

  • Guidance around how delivery of that idea should feel.

  • The story that wraps around the idea and enables easy socialization with stakeholders and decision makers beyond the session

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE SESSION

Sorry, I can't see the image.
  • Springboard sessions embrace the idea that doing new things leads to thinking new thoughts. It’s hands-on world-building with beautiful, customized imagery and a dome structure that allows you to stretch ideas in multiple directions.

  • Co-creation with your colleagues as you explore your ideas and discover new possibilities within ideas and among ideas. All the while, you’re finding new ways of thinking and deeper understanding in each other through deeply interpersonal interaction.

WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE THE SESSION

A blue Mercedes-Benz car parked in a driveway.
  • One-on-one meetings with attendees to bring them into the process

  • Stories curated based on the brand challenge and shared in advance for participants to read

  • Participants begin to identify actions in the stories that feed directly into idea development in the session, so everyone hits the ground running
